Had really painful shoulders, neck and back for c4 weeks, affecting all parts of my daily life. My PT @jesscarmentate recommended seeing Jan before trying a Dr. Now had two sessions and feeling so much better! Jan listened and has really made a difference. I felt he knew exactly what I was trying to explain and then knew what to do. Can’t recommend him enough and would urge anyone with sports or lifestyle, muscular, nerve, stiffness problem to go see him and feel better! Thanks Jan for helping me and Jess for the recommendation! 👍 🏋️‍♀️
